Returns & Refunds
At Shapey, we are confident in the quality of our products and want our customers to feel the same. However, due to the intimate nature of shapewear and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict returns process. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1) Return eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, deodorant, fragrance, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.

Sale items, discounted items, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
2) How to request a return

Email us at contact@shapey.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and photographs of the item in its original packaging.

Wait for written approval from our team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Once approved, you must ship the item back within 3 business days of receiving return instructions. Delayed shipments will be rejected.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for tracked, insured shipping. We do not provide return labels.
3) Return address

The approved return address will be provided only after your return request has been submitted and approved by email.

The address will be included in the official return instructions.

We do not accept returns sent to any other address, office, or warehouse.
4) Inspection & approval process

Once the return is received at the designated return center, it will undergo inspection to confirm it meets our eligibility standards.

This process can take up to 30 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
5) Non-refundable items

Shipping charges, handling fees, and customs duties are non-refundable.

We do not refund items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. Customers should ensure the shipment is tracked and insured.

Returns received without tags, in unsellable condition, or outside the 14-day window will not be processed.
6) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please place a new order once your original item has been refunded (if approved).
7) Final decision
Shapey reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. All decisions are final.
