Each product has a size guide directly on the page — just click “Size Guide” below the size selector. Match your standard bra or shapewear measurements (under bust, over bust, hips, waist) to our chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, especially on bodysuits and bras.

Our shapewear runs true to size. Compression is built into the fit — you should feel firm support, not pinching. If you find yourself between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Size feedback from customers is shown on every product page once enough reviews are in.

Our bras and bodysuits are sized similarly to Skims and Victoria's Secret — same band/cup numbers should fit consistently. Spanx tends to size slightly smaller, so if you wear an L in Spanx shapewear, you may want an XL in Shapey. When in doubt, use our size charts and measure directly.

Size up. Shapewear that's too small can dig, roll, and create lines under clothing — the opposite of what you want. A slightly larger size still gives you firm support without discomfort.

No. All Shapey pieces are designed with seamless edges that lay flat under fitted tops, dresses, and skirts. We chose nude tones that disappear under whites and pastels, brown for deeper skin tones, and black for under dark clothing.

Our shapewear is built with a high-stretch nylon-spandex blend engineered for firm support and recovery. Bras include cushioned underwire and seamless wide-wing construction. Bodysuits use compression mesh in core panels for tummy and waist control. Specific fabric content is listed on each product page.

All Shapey pieces are tagged “Firm Support” — stronger than light shaping, but designed for all-day comfort. The Iron High-Waist Short and Iron Cinch Corset offer maximum compression for special occasions and waist training. Daily-wear pieces like our bodysuits and bras give you support you can wear from morning to night.

We don't recommend our compression shapewear during pregnancy. For postpartum support, our shapewear is excellent — many of our customers use The Iron Cinch Corset and The Workout Wrap during their postpartum recovery. Always check with your doctor before using compression garments postpartum, especially in the first 6 weeks.

Yes — in fact, several of our pieces are specifically designed for it. The Modest Long Sleeve Bodysuit gives full-coverage layering. The Sculpt Lift Bra and Classic Sculpt Bodysuit smooth your silhouette under flowing fabrics. Our shapewear is breathable enough for the GCC climate.

Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 2-4 business days. You'll receive tracking via email and SMS as soon as your order ships. Same-day and next-day delivery options are available in select Dubai areas at checkout.

Standard shipping within the UAE is calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over a minimum threshold — you'll see your free-shipping progress in your cart.

Yes — cash on delivery is available across the UAE for an additional small fee. You can select COD as your payment method at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log into your Shapey account to see all your orders and their status anytime.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds page.

For hygiene reasons, the gusset on bodysuits and any panties or thongs cannot be returned once the protective hygiene strip has been removed. All other items can be returned within 30 days as long as they're unworn with tags attached.

Exchanges are free within 30 days. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange a pickup of the original item and dispatch the replacement — you only pay if there's a price difference.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method, though some banks may take an additional 5-7 days to display it.

Hand-wash in cool water with mild detergent for the longest life. If using a machine, place in a mesh laundry bag and use the delicate cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid the dryer — heat breaks down the elastic fibers that give shapewear its compression.

No. Always lay flat to dry. The dryer's heat damages the spandex fibers and shortens the life of your shapewear by half or more.

With proper care, expect 12-18 months of regular wear before the compression starts to soften. Hand-washing and air-drying significantly extend that life. You'll know it's time to replace when the piece feels looser than it did when new.
